Pay is competitive. Where I lose a half-star is that their school SLP job inventory is smaller than Jackson's or AMN's. But for quality of relationship and pay, they're strong.

Aureus is one of the most underrated agencies in the industry. Mid-sized, Omaha-based, and genuinely different in feel from the coastal corporate agencies.
